You don't have to be in emotional crisis to seek help.
You don't need to have a diagnosed mental disorder or severe stress to seek help. Counselling can be a proactive way to navigate many of life’s challenges before they become a serious problem in your life. Some things clients come to me for help with include:
- Stress, anxiety or low mood
- Trouble staying organized or motivated
- Feeling easily overwhelmed
- Struggling with emotional ups and downs
- Challenges in relationships (friendships, family, work, etc.)
- Behaviours that are making their life more difficult
- Grief and major life transitions
If you want to feel more in control, improve your relationships, or find relief from overwhelming emotions, I would be happy to work together to create a path toward greater balance and well-being.

As a Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT), I do not diagnose or prescribe medication. However, therapy can be an important part of maintaining mental health, whether or not someone is using medication. Diagnosis or not, I help people manage symptoms and challenges related to common mental health conditions, including:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
- Bipolar Disorder
- Addiction
